What a great team effort tonight. 

Becky DeNardis started off the scoring with a brilliant shot in the upper 90 from 25 yards out.  Then we were able to push forward and pick up a penalty kick.  Victoria Coranado sent a scorching shot into the net to bring the score to 2-0. 

At the half, we talked about doing a better job capitalizing on our chances by picking out our targets better, following shots, and finishing on breakaways.  We did just that in the second half.  Erin Beasely followed up on a shot by Kelly Glendenning, which hsf ricochet off the crossbar.  Vic scored her second goal of the evening by finishing a rebound off a corner kick, and then Paige Kochuyt and Annie McHenry both scored off breakaways. 

We were able to get good minutes from everyone on the team tonight, and Sarah Waycaster made her varsity debut in goal during the second half.  All in all, it was a good win ... the first of many!
